Near the Fairgrounds in Port Townsend we witnessed a single crow by
roadside, cawing and doing a little bowing movement. As we got closer
(watching from the car) we noticed that there was a dead crow on the
ground,and the bird that was cawing and bowing was also making a slow
circle around the body. Looked plainly like a grief display; possibly a
mate or a youngster.
