On Monday , June 1st I stopped off at the North Point view . while
watching from the parking lot for a bit. I saw   very dark flycatcher
with a white tail tip land on the fence wire along the pathway below. I
got a good look and a decent distant photo . After returning home I
checked the field guide. Wow my first life bird of the year, an Eastern
Kingbird.
