I found a Black-throated Sparrow at the location in the subject line. It's an eBird hotspot, do you can find directions by searching for it on eBird. It was about 0.25 miles from the start (west end) of Fox Rd. around 8:20 AM, first in the road and then in the field south of the road. This is right before there's a gravel area on the south side of the road. There are some fresh hay bales here.
