What a great park-for $75million it should be. Across from the restroom is a long row of rocks about 100 feet offshore. The Scoter was between those rocks and the shore. Picture is at

At the north end of those rocks I saw 5 Black Turnstones and a lighter shorebird. I tried to make it a Surfbird, but the bill was too long. Maybe it was a Dunlin??? Picture at
