Going birding is a good idea right now. We are seeing birds arrive much
earlier than usual. You just don't know what you'll see until you go out
and look. At Atkins Lake I saw 35 Sandhill Cranes March 11th. One Snowy
Owl was down the road. Today on the Monse River Rd. (Ok. Co.) we saw a
male Eurasian Wigeon and a very early Cinnamon Teal. Meredith Spencer,
