Wow! That is all I can say. Such fast responses.
So the first "unknown bird" is a female Red-Winged Blackbird. Should have checked more since there are a bunch of the males singing like crazy around there. The whole thing about the females sometimes looking so different than the males is something I still have trouble with.
Second bird is an American Robin. The very pale colored breast threw me since I have never seen one that pale.
