This morning, Matt D. and I (staying separated) saw the Say's Phoebe around the radar sphere near the south entrance at Discovery Park around 7:20. It was still flycatching in the area around 12:30 p. m. (One was reported yesterday in the south meadow by John L.) I got a quick peek at Rufous Hummingbird, and some seabirds and mammals before leaving when it got too sunny and popular.
