What's the harm if you don't get close to anyone? We spent a few hours in
Skagit County today and saw lots of Red-tails, eagles, two Rough-legs and
tons of Snow Geese and swans. Didn't get close to anyone.
Be sensible, indulge in harmless pleasure.
