Ultimately this is up to the Tweeters admins, but I might add a suggestion. Clearly how you interpret the governor's order is a hot button topic, either way. Seems like avoiding comments critiquing each other would be the best to make sure the list remains enjoyable during this time. We resist comments on other hot button topics for similar reasons, maybe this should follow those other topics.

Enjoying birds is all a part of our needed mental health, lets enjoy them and try to follow the governors order the best we can without tearing at our fellow birders.
