I'm not sure what will happen with Seattle Public Library's access after
today (in fact, I can't even get their proxy to log me in at all), but
Sno-Isle's system has access to the new Birds of the World database. It
should be the top link at the following site:

Any Washington resident appears to be able to get a Sno-Isle library card.
