The two dozen+ Evening Grosbeaks that showed up here in Roy during the third week of March are still here, and together with the Pine Siskins, American Goldfinches, and House Finches, have been going through 40# of seed every other day.

For two days now there has been a flock of Evening Grosbeaks in my neighborhood. I have had as many as 11 in my backyard and on my feeder.
In the past I have seen only one. Tanglewilde neighborhood in Lacey , near the park and pool.
