Perhaps we should start a glossary of sorts. Does one of the state birding books have something like that already (mine are all at my office : 9)?

I'd be happy to spearhead/organize that.

I think the use of abbreviations and acronyms for birds and locations is only going to increase with the increased use of cell phones and IPads to send e-mails instead of laptop and desk top computers.
