> Since moving to a condo a couple of years ago we have been surprised how much wildlife we have seen including a bobcat on our patio, Great Horned Owls vocalizing outside our bedroom window at night and a black bear at the entrance to the grounds. Here is a video of a rabbit nursing its young on our patio. The nest was in our garden adjacent to the patio.
