Glad to hear more news of Seattle Ravens. Yesterday, in Discovery Park, they
were still calling, as they have been for weeks. And they were still flying
back to the same group of tall Doug Firs that they have used for several
years now. The trees are in the Pearl Jam site, if you know where that is. I now have
the strong suspicion that they are breeding, but without final evidence.

On the same day we also saw a Sharp-shinned Hawk flying in a circuit
around Capehart, found a fresh Barn Owl feather there, and a report of
a Barred Owl calling in the woods east of the South Bluff Overlook.

Happy Hunting, David Hutchinson, 206-499-7305
