A few swans have been reported in Snohomish County recently, but today I
counted more than 250 flying over Eide Rd. and Big Ditch Access near
Stanwood. The trumpeters definitely are starting to show up in numbers.
There also was a large number of Snow Geese coming into feed at Big Ditch
late this afternoon, probably at least 8000.
