Hi Tweeters. And thanks Nadine for telling my husband and I about the orcas. We went to Alki, didn't see them, then went to Constellation Park to see the Harlequin Ducks (saw seven gorgeous ones close to shore). Someone there asked whether we had seen the whales, and we walked closer to the point to look for them. A small crowd was watching from there. We saw three hugging the shore of Bainbridge, very far away but thrilling nonetheless.

The Ash-throated Flycatcher and the Leucistic Crow were fun too. A nice afternoon out.
