Hi Tweets,

I knew that since eBird showed no reports of the Ash-throated Flycatcher for almost 48 hours, my chances of finding the bird were small. But just in case, I spent about 1/2 hour in the vicinity of 6614 SW Admiral way, checking nearby trees where it had been reported. No luck, unfortunately.

But it was fun afterwards walking along Constellation Park at high tide in a blustery wind, realizing I was just a long block away from where the flycatcher had been sighted on top of the hill. I figure there was at least some chance it had wandered that way. Hopefully someone will re-sight it!

Good birding,
Trileigh
