There's a dead raptor alongside the leftmost (east) side of outhbounf I-5 just north of the downtown REI, close to some large conifers. I couldn't get a good look at it because traffic was slow but not slow enough, but based on what I saw, it might be an immature Red-shouldered Hawk. If anyone goes by in worse traffic, maybe you can take a look, maybe get a photo and solve the mystery for me.
