This morning my wife called out an amazing site: 13 turkey vultures moving
over our neighborhood on Mutiny Bay near Freeland WA. They spent at least
10 minutes in the area moving back and forth but generally heading S-SW
into prevailing winds of moderate speed. We've never before seen TVs on the
island so 13 was a real treat. Presume they're heading south through the
Puget Trough on their way to CA and beyond.
