The brown (Café au lait) - colored crow is back, seen this morning alongside Lake Washington Blvd just north of Seward Park. It is either the same individual or possible progeny of one we saw several years ago in the same area. I recall others writing that it probably has an inherited genetic defect in its melanin which gives it the light brown coloration. I hadn't noticed it again until today but I am only occasionally in the area and it could be resident there.
