Tweeters,
While checking the mail just now (15:35), I heard Western Bluebirds calling and 11 (!) of them flew from the feral apple orchard across the street up onto a power line about 40 meters from me. There could well have been more in the orchard, but that's all I could actually see. (Three Yellow-rumped Warblers were also nearby.)
