I've lived on Padilla Bay since 98 and I've seen Bald Eagles take down
Great Blue Heron on several occasions. Always working as a pair and after
knocking them out of the sky, drowning them in the bay. I've seen them
have to swim with the GBH from deeper water to shallows or land. I've
taken video and photos.

Gary - It was a Great Egret, not GBH? I know you know your birds but I
just have to ask.
