The following is from Paul Hicks who asked me to post for him.

Tweets,
Monday on rising tide (~11:45am) at Bottle Beach a few birders were treated
to up to 24 RED KNOTS and a vocal PACIFIC GOLDEN PLOVER (see eBird). At the
Oyhut Game Range in Ocean Shores near high tide the Tonquin access pond was
dead but the salicornia out west toward the channel held peeps and a single
PECTORAL SANDPIPER -- no Buff-breasted. More peeps and Semipalmated Plovers
were around the pond across the channel, accessed from behind the sewage
treatment facility. A BAIRD'S SANDPIPER and another PACIFIC GOLDEN PLOVER
were a brisk half-hour stroll out Damon Point near the end, just past the
cove/jutting gravel bar on the north side. This is where I've had the best
luck finding Baird's over the years.

Good birding!
