On Thursday I photographed a Caspian Tern in Sinclair Inlet with a
yellow band on its right leg, and a combination metal/plastic band on
its left leg. The band has the code K663:

I did some searching and found that OSU had a program to track Caspian
Terns and banded 6400 of them:

The page to submit a sighting no longer works and they have not answered
my emails, so I assume the project has finished, but I thought I would
post this in case someone knows more about it.

They do have a link to the Bird Banding Laboratory but not sure what
good that would do if the project has finished.
