Dear Tweeters,
Since some others have jumped in on the topic of Symphoricarpos albus, I must yield to temptation and chime in. Ever since I looked this one up in Pojar and Mackinnon's Plants of the Pacific Northwest Coast, I have taken to calling it "the saskatoon berries of the people in the land of the dead"--such a delightfully cumbersome moniker!
