Subject: [Tweeters] Birding Eastern Washington, looking for 'eastern' birds

It is my intention to get to the eastern side a time or two over the next few months and into spring.

What I'm looking for are birds not typically seen on the west side. If you have any favorite places to view 'eastern birds' that could be found with a reasonable effort I'd be most interested.

Also, mention if 4wd would be need or preferered to any locations. I've noticed Boreal Chickadees in the NE reported up what looks to be gravel roads and guessing snow will soon be closing many of these type roads.

Any thoughts will be most welcome. Lodging locations too possibly. Feel free to get back to me directly as well. What have been your favorite finds & locations? Not interested in one-off rarities so much.
