Yesterday, 02.26.21, after about an hour of feeder watching & not seeing a LESSER GOLDFINCH at a private residence in Normandy Park, a car pulled out of the garage to leave. I was on the street, not in the driveway, but still moved aside to let the car pass. I motioned to the driver that I wanted to speak and she lowered the car window. I asked if it was OK that I was there. She said no, it was not OK. She went on to say that it had been 5 days, and that it was not OK. She was not rude. She answered my question. But the irritation in the voice was obvious. I apologized, thanked her and told her I would leave immediately, which I did.
