Yes, that is correct. The possible Scissor-tailed/Fork-tailed Flycatcher
was chased down immediately by about 7 local birders. We quickly deduced it
was this bizarre Barn Swallow with a gull or heron feather attached to its
tail. It was flying around like this for hours. Pics at
