At Meadowbrook Pond today (9/3, Seattle, King county), 2 female American Wigeon were back. It was wonderful to see the 2 young wood ducks still there, on one side of the pond and I suspect their mother on the other side. Also Osprey, red-breasted nuthatch, song sparrow, black-capped chickadee, chestnut-backed chickadee, and crow.
