At Long Beach today about 1100 I found a teal that looks to be a green-winged roosting on the beach with a group of gulls. This was just north of the beach access that has the Archway. What caught my attention was it had yellow eyes? I have been scratching my head over this one so if any of you have experienced this before let me know.
