Hi Jim, the Wednesday Walk begins at 8 a.m. at the Visitors' Center pond overlook. There's usually a short introduction, etc., before the group begins the walk.

You asked about nearby restaurants for breakfast; the Medicine Creek Cafe, run by the Nisqually Tribe, is in the same area as the Bar & Grill, just to the south in the business park. 10322 Martin Way E. - - open Mon - Thurs: 7am - 7pm
