I don't live in Seattle anymore but when I visit I always have a look around the place where Thornton Creek was "daylighted" after having been under a parking lot south of Northgate Mall. It's east of Northgate station and transit center, with public access near 5th Ave NE. Absolutely alive with yellow-rumped warblers.
