For the Everett-Marysville CBC, our first 2 came in 2011; numbers climbed steadily to a peak of 74 in 2017. We stayed close for the two next years, with 72 in 2019. We had no CBC in 2020. On the recent CBC, held January 1st, the count had decreased to 53 birds. This decline was a notable, especially in view of a record-high count of participants.
