Subject: [Tweeters] Leucistic Red Tail?

While doing the raptor survey organized by Jeff Fleischer yesterday on a
route that follows Highway 9 north of Sedro Woolley,
we found a hawk that was very light colored and almost orangish. It showed
a red tail when it flew. Any thought
