Subject: [Tweeters] Short Eared Owls - Bayview-Edison Road

I stopped at the East 90s a few days ago, and had just the same reaction.
folks insist on walking out into the middle of the field and waiting there,
as if the owls were going to hunt right past them. even the collected
numbers of people on the roadside probably have become too much for the
owls. and harrier numbers were way down too.
