Here's a link to an article that Carol Riddell wrote back in 2014 https://myedmondsnews.com/2014/12/bird-lore-hermit-thrush/ . She mentions "A Hermit Thrush that winters in the Puget lowlands probably spent its summer in the Cascades or further north in Canada."
