For those who can walk ~0.5 miles, there's a parking lot for Hamlin Park at NE 160th St and 25th Ave NE that you could use when looking for the Lake Forest Park Red-flanked Bluetail. I can't vouch for the safety of the contents of your car at that location, but using it would lessen the impacts on the neighborhood.
