Hello Tweets: A Rough-legged Hawk was released in the Samish on November 2, 2022.  Please see the details in the article that was published in the Cascadia Daily News. If you see this bird please report your findings.  It is sporting a green band on the left leg with two EEs, not the WW reported in the article.
