I found a single Townsend's Solitaire on my morning walk around the
Lynnwood Golf Course. There is a loop trail that circles the golf course
along the outside fence. I walk this trail almost every morning. I saw the
bird on the back side of the trail at about these coordinates: 48.8172,
-122.3200. There is a large dumpster for landscape debris at this location
and just inside the golf course fence is a large pond. I have no idea what
the odds are of this bird hanging around and it is the only one I have seen
in more than six years of walking this trail.
