The Black Phoebe continues along the Langus Riverfront Trail on the Everett
STP railings and infrastructure behind the row of conifers just south of
the I-5 overpass. I did not see the Tropical Kingbird sharing this location
this afternoon, but breeze and eventually light rain did not provide the
best conditions for bird activity.
