My cousin sent me photos and a link to the Orange County Register news article regarding this beautiful Snowy Owl visitor from afar. (The link may ask for an email to read the article). She was able to view it and take a few cell photos. Better photos in the article. The city is going to offer an educational meeting for local residents about Snowy Owls.
