We returned home after being gone for almost 3 weeks and the second bird I heard while unpacking the car was a YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT calling from across the street from our house. It was in the blackberry patch next to the old barn - the same area I photographed and sound recorded one before we left. (I assume it's the same bird!)

I first heard the Chat on June 2, so we've apparently had it/one since then.
