Shep Thorpe spotted an adult Black-legged Kittiwake off the Point Brown Lighthouse in NE Tacoma. It was seen at 10:30 am and was still there as of 3:30 pm today, Tuesday. It was feeding with both Short-billed & Bonaparte's Gulls often within a couple of hundred yards of the Point. Lots of good opportunities for comparison.
