I was in the same boat, no WA rare bird alerts since Sept 7th, though
county alerts still came through. Ultimately my fix was to unsubscribe to
the state alert and the resubscribe, which fixed the issue. Unfortunately I
haven't been able to get out birding much lately but I still enjoy those
alerts, as well as reading up here on Tweeters!
