Hello Tweeters . . . I'm hoping somebody might be able to assist me with a birdfinding quest. Any advice or feedback would be much appreciated!

I will be visiting Seattle and Olympic NP in early to mid-Sept. Just wondering if it is possible to view TUFTED PUFFIN from anywhere on the coast at that time of year -; and if so, where?
