I use a SonyA7iii and Sigma 150-600 lens. I am looking for some suggestions/recommendations for a monopod. It would have to be tall enough to use without crouching down (I am 6 ft). Besides birds, I often take wildflower pictures so it would need to be able to point high and low. Thanks, Richard
