  Hmmm, I had not noticed that the times when Merlin seems to not ID
were also

the times when I'd been using it for several minutes.  I'm not sure its
"memory"

on the phone but this is a good idea and I will stop and restart Merlin
and see

if that makes it work again.  I strongly suspect it will and will get to
test it in a
