Ebird reports that people are still seeing rock sandpipers at Penn Cove on
Whidbey, and have been consistently for a few weeks. If I go looking
tomorrow (Tuesday), does anyone have any info on tides/times of day, best
places to view from to have a decent shot at finding them?
