I've seen a Great-tailed Grackle here, once near Stanwood. And I lived 65
years on the East Coast, where Grackles are very common, so I know the
difference between grackles & other black-colored birds. there are a few
here, but they are very rare. whether the reported birds are grackles, I
have no idea as I haven't gone to look for them.
