Hi Tweets,
Last night Larry Schwitters of Vaux's Happening
<
https://www.vauxhappening.org/> reported several swifts in the chimney in
Monroe. This morning they were still there as of 8am.
For those of you on social media, you can see a screenshot of the wee birds
deep inside the chimney here:

We're always looking for some more help counting the swifts around sunset
in Monroe during the spring and fall migrations (mid-April to late May;
mid-August to late September). If interested, please let me know.
Thanks!
Brian Zinke
